Through these longstanding relationships we develop an intimate understanding of our client’s technology and competitor landscape, which makes us easy to instruct and enjoyable to work with.

Oppositions

Freedom to Operate
Our attorneys are highly experienced at providing FTO assessments for new technology. We often work with external searching firms, or conduct searches ourselves. We regularly provide non-infringement opinions and invalidity opinions in relation to competitor patents. We have also had considerable success when filing third party observations at the EPO.
Prosecution
We are highly experienced in patent prosecution and regularly draft responses to examination reports and provide instructions for attorneys in other jurisdictions.
